I exercise daily to stay in shape, whether it's dancing, Zumba, or anything active. Singing karaoke is my escape; it helps me forget the pain.
I’ve been a widow for almost five months. Losing my husband to a malignant tumor, pneumonia, and respiratory failure was heartbreaking. I know I have to move forward because dwelling on the past only brings more pain.
