I’m a third generation Japanese American. But my culture is 95% American. I can only speak a little Japanese that I learned in two classes at UCLA. I just retired from my engineering job in the US about a year ago. I am very interested in living in the Philippines, because I like the friendlier people, the beautiful beaches, simpler lifestyle, as well as being much more affordable for a retired person. I am not rich or extravagant, but I want to travel simply to many places around the world. I traveled extensively to about 20 countries on business, but I didn’t really get to see much during my busy work schedule. I am well educated, kind, loyal, honest, patient, generous, fun to be with and young at heart. I look younger than my age. I had two kids, but they are grown and very independent college grads, as I was divorced from the mom about a dozen years ago. So, I am ready to build a new simple happy amazing life over there.
